Public Search returns public tickers, company context, published research, Intel, briefs, and sanitized Ledger teasers. Search is not a method for accessing protected execution, sizing, thesis, score, source-trail, performance, attachment, lead, Community, or owner information. A missing result does not mean the site has no related record.

Market information can be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or wrong. Owner-reported records may contain errors, approximations, corrections, or later updates and are not independently audited unless expressly stated. Calculator results may be affected by rounding, omitted factors, invalid assumptions, and differences in broker or tax conventions. Alpha Intel may receive a benefit from disclosed referral links, including the Robinhood referral, but a referral relationship does not change the research-only status of the site. You may not interfere with the service, impersonate another person, submit false contact details, harass others, upload malicious material, scrape private owner tools, overload calculator or public endpoints, bypass calculator gates, reverse engineer access controls, collect visitor information, present a hypothetical Calculation Note as verified performance, or use Alpha Intel content for unlawful, deceptive, or market-manipulative activity.

Alpha Intel may add, change, suspend, archive, or remove website features and may update these terms. Errors may be corrected and later information appended. Historical records may be archived for operational, security, privacy, or legal reasons, but the platform is designed to preserve the original research trail rather than manufacture hindsight.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Alpha Intel is not liable for trading losses, loss of principal, missed opportunities, indirect or consequential damages, data-source failures, outages, unauthorized access, or reliance on website content. Some jurisdictions do not permit every limitation, so a limitation applies only to the extent enforceable there.

Any legal entity, governing law, venue, dispute process, age requirement, and formal notice address apply only when Alpha Intel states them expressly in a published update prepared for the relevant jurisdiction.
