Privacy

Your information should have a defined purpose.

This notice explains what Alpha Intel collects through this website, why it is collected, and how access is limited.

This notice describes the website’s current data practices. Alpha Intel may update it if its services, providers, or legal obligations change; jurisdiction-specific questions should be reviewed with qualified counsel.
01

Information you provide

When you request trade access, Alpha Intel collects the name, email address, phone number, and optional message that you submit. The website also records the submission time, consent version, and a non-identifying access-grant record.

02

How the information is used

The information is used to provide form-gated access to the trade record, understand genuine interest in Alpha Intel, respond to your message, and send relevant follow-up about the brand. Alpha Intel does not use the access cookie to create a public profile or visitor account.

03

Access and storage

Lead records are available only inside the Manus OAuth-protected owner dashboard. Trade attachments are stored using managed object storage. The browser access token is opaque; the database stores only a cryptographic digest rather than the token itself.

04

Data minimization

The trade-access flow does not intentionally store IP addresses, browser fingerprints, brokerage information, portfolio holdings, payment information, or government identifiers. Do not submit sensitive financial or identity information in the optional message field.

05

Retention and requests

Alpha Intel keeps lead information only as long as it is reasonably needed for the stated purposes or required by law. You may request correction or deletion through the contact method Alpha Intel publishes. A verified request may be limited where retention is legally required.

06

Service providers and security

Alpha Intel uses infrastructure providers to host the website, database, authentication, object storage, analytics, and configured notifications. Reasonable technical controls are used, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security.
